Yes. Every consultation is paid. The preliminary consultation, of about 45 minutes, has a base fee of ₹1,000; for some matters it can be higher, and the office tells you before the appointment is confirmed. The fee is paid by UPI (Google Pay or PhonePe) to the advocate's account using the details shared on WhatsApp. See the Refund Policy for rescheduling and refunds.

No. It is a preliminary consultation to discuss your matter with Adv. Rajesh Sir. It is not a legal opinion, and paying ₹1,000 does not engage the advocate for your case or amount to a vakalath. If you decide to go ahead, the fee for that work depends on the matter and is discussed directly with Adv. Rajesh Sir after the consultation.

The professional fee for a case or other work depends on the matter, its complexity and the court or forum involved. It is discussed with you after the consultation, before any work begins. The ₹1,000 consultation fee does not cover this work.

Adv. Rajesh Sir prefers to meet clients in person at the chamber in Elamakkara, Ernakulam, because a face-to-face discussion works best. An online consultation is offered only when the matter is urgent or when you cannot come to Kerala or reach the office.

Bring every document related to your matter: notices, orders, agreements, title deeds, correspondence and anything else connected with it. There is no need to ask which ones; bring them all. If something is left at home, the matter cannot be discussed fully at the first meeting.

His practice is before the High Court of Kerala. It covers family, civil, criminal, constitutional (writ and public interest litigation), banking, real estate, business and education matters, and also panchayat, municipality and co-operative society matters, rent control, land, building and property tax, paddy land and data bank issues, mining and geology matters, passport matters and date of birth corrections. This includes domestic violence cases, both for aggrieved women and for respondents. If a matter belongs before a separate authority or outside his practice, you will be told so plainly.

Once a matter is taken up, updates are shared directly by the office. An online Client Portal, where clients will be able to see documents and progress on their matter, is coming soon.
