Book a Preliminary Consultation
Preliminary consultation: ₹1,000 (base fee). Every consultation is paid. For some matters the consultation fee can be higher, and the office will tell you before your appointment is confirmed.
Please message Adv. Rajesh Sir on WhatsApp before you book, or right after booking: Message Adv. Rajesh Sir on WhatsApp. The office confirms your time and shares the payment details there. The fee is paid by UPI (Google Pay or PhonePe) to the advocate’s account, and the appointment is confirmed once it is received.
Booking is just below. What happens at the consultation, meeting options, documents to bring and the chamber address are explained after the booking form.
Before Your Consultation
The preliminary consultation, of about 45 minutes, is a first discussion of your matter: what the law says, the options open to you and the likely next steps. It is not a legal opinion, and paying for it does not engage the advocate or amount to a vakalath. If you decide to go ahead with a case or other work, the fee for that work depends on the matter and is discussed directly with Adv. Rajesh Sir after the consultation.
Meeting at the chamber is preferred. Adv. Rajesh Sir prefers to meet clients in person. An online consultation is offered only when the matter is urgent or when you cannot come to Kerala or reach the office.
Bring every document related to your matter: notices, orders, agreements, deeds, correspondence and anything else connected with it. There is no need to ask which ones; bring them all, so that the matter can be discussed properly at the first meeting.
