FAQS
Common Questions About Our Legal Services
What should I expect during the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is a confidential meeting where we will discuss the specifics of your legal matter. Adv. Kannan will provide a preliminary analysis of your case, listen to your concerns, and outline potential legal strategies and the next steps involved.
What documents should I bring to my first meeting?
Please bring all documents relevant to your case. This may include any contracts, legal notices, official correspondence, police reports, or other paperwork that provides context. Having these documents on hand allows for a more productive and thorough initial analysis.
How do I get updates on my case?
We prioritise transparent communication. Once you become a client, you will receive access to our secure Client Portal. Through this portal, you can access important documents and view real-time updates on the progress of your case at your convenience.
How are legal fees structured?
Our fee structure is transparent and is discussed in detail during the initial consultation. Fees are determined by the nature and complexity of the case. All financial terms are formally outlined in the client engagement agreement before any work commences.
Do you handle cases outside of Kochi?
While our primary practice is centered at the High Court of Kerala in Ernakulam (Kochi), we handle select matters across the state. Please contact us to discuss the specific jurisdiction and details of your case.
